I can talk with Rob for five minutes and he’d get what’s really going on and give me something concrete I could use the same day. He’s good at connecting with me as an adult and helping me use the knowledge I already have.
Before I had to fight for respect for what I do here. Now people call first wanting me to work for them! I’ve learned to put things in perspective, think more about what’s going on for me, and use that to influence change.
